IT'S A REFERRAL HOLIDAY FOR FOUR

1. Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers, Associates Referrals, Inc a State of Washington Cooperation, an agent with Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers, " It's a Referral Holiday for Four" free give-away trip is open to the public.

2. Full or part-time employees or licensed agents of Associates Referrals, Inc, and Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers or any licensed real estate sales persons are ineligible to win.

3. Winner(s) must be 18 years of age or older.

4. All applicants must register with the Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers's "Referral Holiday for Four" give away by submitting names and telephone numbers of qualified real estate purchasers or sellers that they give to Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers during the give-away period. Automatic entries are those individuals who have purchased or sold a home during the give- away period. Entry forms are made on behalf of the player(s) at such time a referral is placed with Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers for the sale or purchase of real estate anywhere. A copy of the confirmation of registration shall be mailed to the givers last known mailing address.

5. On December 31, 2003, a Drawing from all names entered into the contest from July 1, 2002- December 21, 2003, will be held to determine the winner at Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers' s office, located at 10356 NW Silverdale Way, Silverdale, WA 98383. At least two client witnesses shall be present at the time of the drawing. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing. A formal announcement will be made in our January 2004 newsletter.

6. The "Referral Holiday for Four" is for a one- week trip to Disney Land, a Cruise or a Hawaiian vacation at a value of $750.00 per person not to exceed $3000.00 for total package of four persons. Apollo Travel of Port Orchard holds a $3000.00 voucher for the winner(s) in Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers's "Referral Holiday for Four". All travel arrangements and coverages of any kind will be the sole responsibility of the winner(s).

7. No purchase necessary to participate.

8. The "Referral Holiday for Four" give away period is from July 1, 2002 to December 21, 2003.

9. Disclaimer of liability: As an independent contractor Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers, or Associates Referrals, Inc. or Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers shall not be liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from the acts, omissions or negligence of any person providing accommodations, transportation, meals or other services related to travel or which occur from and cause whatsoever during or as a consequence of the customers travel. In addition, Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers, or Associates Referrals, Inc. or Ken LeMay's Team RE Brokers shall not be liable for any delayed departure, missed carrier, connections, substitutions of accommodations or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, changes in fares and rates or cancellation of double booking of reservations or tickets beyond its control and without notice.

10. The "Referral Holiday for Four" give-away is void where prohibited.
